C C★ 5The luminous and legendary hotel that is a must stay in Marrakech. Every details is well thought out. Decor feels fresh and luxurious. We also enjoyed their spa and dined at the Moroccan restaurant. At breakfast, my favorite Ispahan croissant is served from the famous pastry chef, Pierre Hermé. There is a boutique shop as well a tea room for the desserts within the hotel. Vast ground with manicured cactus, plants and olive trees. Plenty of dining and drinking outlets. From the moment we stepped in, we are living part of history and feel mesmerized.
Trip.com Member★ 4.7It was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked.- the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking.- we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend- i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing.Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food. If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel
Molly★ 4Rating the hair salon only. The hotel decor, smell and furnishings are impeccable and beautifully presented. I booked the hair salon. I expected it to look similar to the hotel in regards to opulence and luxurious style but unfortunately it was very basic looking. It didn’t feel a part of the hotel or feel grand but just a simple salon. The salon’s service and hospitality was excellent. A salon should maintain a feel of pampering and reflect some of the hotel’s high level of decor. Nevertheless the rest of the place was beautiful aesthetically.
