What visitors say
yassine hadda★ 5Le Slimana Restaurant & Rooftop represents a hospitality venue that delivers a well-integrated dining experience combining culinary quality with an aesthetically refined setting. During two separate visits to the establishment with friends, the overall standard of the cuisine was clearly evident, particularly in the careful selection of ingredients and the balanced preparation of the dishes. The menu reflects a commitment to freshness and thoughtful flavor composition, while the presentation of the plates demonstrates attention to detail consistent with contemporary dining standards. The rooftop space further enhances the experience by offering a pleasant panoramic atmosphere, especially during sunset hours, where modern design harmonizes with subtle Moroccan-inspired elements. In addition, the professionalism and organization of the service staff contribute significantly to the overall comfort of the visit. For these reasons, the venue stands out as a suitable destination for social gatherings with friends and for enjoying a well-executed meal in a relaxed yet elegant environment.
Tessa Bouwkamp★ 5We chose this restaurant as we were particularly curious about the interesting starters. We had the ceviche and the flavored atlas trout which combined flavors we did not have before and absolutely loved. As main dish we had the Lalla Mina's Chicken Trid and the traditional couscous with veal, which were good, but less special than the starters we had. The desserts also looked amazing, but we were already really full. We were served amazingly by Anas who was very friendly. Lastly, I don't think the videos honor the ambience of the restaurant. It is really nice, cozy and warm inside.
Matt Downes★ 4Overall a great experience. Taking in the night sky for dinner added to the atmosphere. The food was a nice modern take on Moroccan flavors, while also taking bits from other cuisines. Some dishes fell a little short of expectations, but still very good. Service was attentive, but sometimes slow. They were very busy, so that could have been part of it. On the other hand, I wasn’t in a rush, so it didn’t bother me.
